Basic packages

Packages include brown chaivari chairs with black pads. All Tables (round/rectangle), Kitchen/Buffet area, Stage, Lounge area, Free WiFi, Set up and break down of Tables and chairs. (Platinum Package include basic clean up) *Rental times includes your set up and clean up time. Please plan accordingly.

Hourly rates/Basic packages

$125 hr Mon-Thurs

$180 hr Fri-Sun & Holidays

Price includes tables and chairs, Kitchen/ Buffet area, 8' X 20' stage,

14' X 35' Lounge area,  and Free WiFi


*Upgrade chairs to silver or gold chivari (For additional fee)


Build your own package: ADD Projector/screen, up lights, back drop, Speaker, Etc.,  available for an additional cost.

Bronze

7 hours, seating for up to 50 people , 6 Tables w/linen-Black, brown chivari Chairs with black padding and Small Bluetooth Speaker 

Silver

9 hours, seating for up to 65 people, 8 Tables w/ linen -  Black; brown chaivari chairs, Back drop frame only, Large Bluetooth Speaker w/Tripod Stand.

Gold

$1800

11 hours, seating for up to 75 people ,9 round Tables with Linen (Black, white, Ivory,  royal blue, Satin Gold or Satin Silver);  75 Gold or Brown Chiavari chairs; 2 pub tables w/chairs; Back drop Frame; Large Bluetooth Speaker w/Tripod Stand and Mic.

Platinum ALL-INCLUSIVE

$2200

All day rental 9am-12am. Seats up to 100 people, includes 10 Round Tables and unlimited rectangle tables. Table Linen included (Black, White, Ivory, royal blue, Satin Gold or Satin Silver linen); Sweetheart table;  Gold or Brown Chiavari chairs; 2 pub tables w/chairs;  6 Chaffers;  4 drink dispensers; Large Bluetooth Speaker w/ Tripod Stand and Microphone; Backdrop stand, 2 5ft Balloon columns OR 1  Balloon garland. Also includes basic cleanup.
